خلاصة هذه الدراسة، يتضح أن نشاط الاستيراد والتصدير يُعدّ من أهم الأنشطة الاقتصادية التي تقوم عليها التجارة الخارجية في الجزائر، لما له من دور أساسي في تحقيق التوازن الاقتصادي وتلبية حاجيات السوق الوطنية من جهة، ودعم التنمية الاقتصادية وتشجيع الاستثمار والانفتاح على الأسواق الدولية من جهة أخرى. وقد سعى المشرع الجزائري إلى تنظيم هذا النشاط من خلال منظومة قانونية وتنظيمية متشعبة تشمل قانون التجارة الخارجية، وقانون الجمارك، وتشريع الصرف، إلى جانب مختلف النصوص التنظيمية المرتبطة بالرقابة الإدارية والمالية والجمركية

This study concludes that import and export activities are among the most important economic activities forming the basis of foreign trade in Algeria. They play a fundamental role in achieving economic balance, meeting the needs of the domestic market, supporting economic development, encouraging investment, and promoting openness to international markets. The Algerian legislator has sought to regulate these activities through a comprehensive legal and regulatory framework, including foreign trade law, customs law, exchange regulations, as well as various regulatory provisions related to administrative, financial, and customs control.
