| dc.description | The current study aimed to idehtify the level of psycholigical burnout and its impact on the mental health of nurses at the baltrash al-ajal hospital located in ain tadles.mostaganem its theree dimisions include psychological stress dulled feeling and lack of a sense of accomplishement.if the mevel was high,medium,low, to achieve this goal, the clinical approach based on the case study was relied upon, and used as a tool for collecting data: the burnout scale and the semi_directed clinical interview with the three cases whose ages ware between 30 and 35 years. In order to verify the validity of the study hypotheses, we arrived at the current results: burnout affects the mental health of nurses. The higher the age factor, the higher the rate of psychological burnout. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى التعرف على مستوى الاحتراق النفسي وتاثيره على الصحة النفسية لدي الممرضين في مستشفى " بلطرش العجال " المتواجدة بعين تادلس " مستغانم ". بابعاده الثلاثة : الاجهاد النفسي ، تبلد المشاعر ، نقص الشعور بالانجاز واذا كان المستوى " مرتفع ، متوسط ، منخفض " و لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على المنهج العيادي القائم على دراسة الحالة ، واستخدمت كاداة لجمع البيانات : مقياس الاحتراق النفسي والمقابلة العيادية نصف الموجهة مع الحالات الثلاثة التي تنحصر أعمارهم بين 30 و 35 سنة . ومن اجل التاكد من صحة فرضيات الدراسة توصلنا الى النتائج الحالية: • يؤثر الاحتراق النفسي على الصحة النفسية لدى الممرضين. • كلما ارتفع عامل السن ارتفعت معه نسبة الاحتراق النفسي. | en_US |
