دراسة قياسية لأثر الإنفاق الحكومي الاستهلاكي النهائي على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر

Abstract

إن معرفة دور الحكومة في اقتصاد ما يمكن أن ينظر له من خلال أثره التدخلي المباشر، متمثلا في إنفاقها الموجه عادة لإشباع حاجات عامة، وتختلف أوجه هذا الإنفاق ومن ثمة تتعدد آثاره على أداء الاقتصاد الوطني؛ وفي إطار الدراسة التطبيقية لهذه الورقة البحثية نحاول التركيز على أثر الإنفاق الحكومي الموجه للاستهلاك النهائي، على النمو الاقتصادي باعتباره احد المؤشرات ذات الصدى الواسع في جل المقارنات بين مستويات الأداء الاقتصادي للدول، وكذلك لإعطائه فكرة عن تطور الاقتصاد الداخلي للدولة، تتم دراسة هذا الأثر أو العلاقة باستخدام الأدوات الكمية من خلال دراسة قياسية تطبيقية على الاقتصاد الجزائري. Abstract Knowing the role of government in the economy can be seen through its impact interventional direct, represented in the spending directed usually to satisfy the needs of the public, and the different aspects of this spending and multiple effects on the performance of the national economy; Within the framework of the study applied to this paper we try to focus on the impact government spending directed for final consumption, economic growth as one of the indicators to compare the economic performance of countries, as well as to give an idea of the evolution of the internal economy of the state, is the study using quantitative tools through standard applied to the study of the Algerian economy .
