| dc.description | Fatigue deficeincy is considered to be one of the more common diseases that force educators to choose between two options :either undergoing blood filtration or a kidney transplant , which leads to death unless It is done, our study will seek to know the mediation strategies that patients with chronic renal failure tend to use frequently ,to answer the questions, the following hypotheses were applied :patients with chronic renal failure tend to use beate esters Confrontation centered around the problem : Patients with renal failure tend to use strategies transition , centered revieu and how much adoption is important for worship and the clinical interview, stick to the square and the worship observation and the scale conducting a location test with the cases and the results showed that patients with renale failure tend Primarily to use material strategies centered around the problem secondly,the mobile confrontation strategies made the transition an thus achieved the first opportunity for a high degree of biography and morality. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | الملخص: يعتبر مرض القصور الكلوي المزمن من الأمراض المزمنة التي تجعل المريض بين اختيارين، إما الخضوع لتصفية الدم أو زرع الكلى والذي يؤدي إلى الموت مالم يتم علاجه، فهدفت دراستنا إلى معرفة استراتيجيات المواجهة التي يميل إلى استخدامها بكثرة مريض القصور الكلوي المزمن والإجابة على الأسئلة تم وضع الفرضيات الآتية : يميل مرض القصور الكلوي المزمن إلى استخدام استراتيجيات المواجهة المتمزكزة حول المشكل . يميل مرض القصور الكلوي المزمن إلى استخدام استراتيجيات المواجهة المتمركزة حول الانفعال . وتم عتماد المنهج العيادي والمقابلة العيادية النصف موجهة والملاحظة العيادية وأظهرت النتائج أن مرضى القصور الكلوي يميلون بالدرجة الأولى إلى استخدام استراتيجيات المواجهة المتمركزة حول المشكل . وبالدرجة الثانية استراتيجيات المواجهة المتمركزة حول الانفعال وبالتالي تحققت الفرضية الأولى بدرجة كبيرة و الفرضية الثانية تحققت بدرجة نسبية . | en_US |
