ETUDE D’UNE TOUR EN R+7 PLUS SOUS SOL A USAGE MULTIPLE

Abstract

هذا المشروع يتكون أساسا من دراسة ديناميكية لبناية مقاومة للزلازل بواسطة الجدران المشكلة من الخرسانة المسلحة ، تتألف من طابق سفلي ويليه طابق أرضي و 7 طوابق للاستعمال المختلط , و الواقعة في ولاية تيبازة المصنفة ضمن المنطقة الزلزالية رقم III من أجل ذلك كانت الدراسة المطبقة على هذه البناية هي وفقا للمعايير RPA99 / version2003 المقاومة للزلازل الجزائرية أما بخصوص القياس و التسليح لمختلف العناصر الأساسية المشكلة للبناية قد استعملنا القوانين المعمول بها في الجزائر.

Résumé Ce projet consiste principalement en l'étude dynamique d'une structure (S-SOL+R+7) contreventée par des portiques et des voiles, à usage mixte. La structure est implantée à Wilaya de TIPAZA, zone de sismicité élevé (zone III). L'étude est conforme aux Règles Parasismiques Algériennes 99 modifiées en 2003. Le dimensionnement ainsi que le ferraillage des éléments ont été fait conformément aux règles de conception et de calcul des structures en béton armé (CBA93), en appliquant le BAEL91

Summary This project consists mainly in dynamic analysis of a structure (Sub-Soil+R+7) for mixed usage. The structure is located in TIPAZA State which is characterized by an elevated seismicity activity (zone III). The study is carried out regarding the Algerian seismic code (RPA99 modified in 2003). The structural elements dimension and their reinforcement were carried out according to the Algerian reinforced concrete code (CBA93) and the limits states of reinforced concrete (BAEL91)
