Our study is based on the synthesis and the application of the membrane prepared from treated /non treated clay and starch at different volumes and concentrations. The best membranes found has been tested for their abilities to filtrate the bacteria and fungi. Our results showed a positive filtration through the synthesised membranes that means the used microoganisms(E coli ; pseudomonas aeroginosa ; B.subtillus ; Trichoderma et actinomycete ) has been separated from their milieux.en_US
