| dc.description | The current study aimed to reveal the sttitudes of secondary education, teachers in the municipality of ben abdel malek ramadane towords the appltcation of ergonomics in the school environment it also aimed to know the differences between teachers according to demographic variables :age, gender, and experiences ,therefore ,the study tools were applied to a sample of 73 male and female teachers ,and validating the hypotheses by following the descriptive approach ,and after processing the data statistically using a program 20 spss the study reached the following results: -There are negative attitudes among secondary education teachers towords the reality of appliying ergonomics in the school enviromment -there are no differences between genders in their attitudes regarding the application of school -Ergonomics there are no difference between teachers In their attitudes towards appliying school ergonomics due to the age variable -thre are no differences in teachers atittudes regarding the application of school ergonomics due to the experience variable | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة الحالية الى الكشف عن اتجاهات الاساتذة التعليم الثانوي لبلدية بن عبد المالك رمضان نحو تطبيق الأرغونوميا في البيئة المدرسية، كما هدفت أيضا معرفة الفروق بين الأساتذة حسب المتغيرات الديمغرافية: السن، الجنس، الخبرة، لذا تم تطبيق أدوات الدراسة على عينة قوامها 73 أستاذا وأستاذة، وتم التحقق من صحة الفرضيات باتباع المنهج الوصفي، وبعد معالجة البيانات احصائيا باستخدام برنامج توصلت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية : Spss v20 - هناك اتجاهات سلبية لأساتذة التعليم الثانوي نحو واقع تطبيق الارغونوميا في البيئة المدرسية. -لا توجد فروق بين الجنسين في اتجاهاتهم حول تطبيق الارغونوميا المدرسية. -لا توجد فروق بين الأساتذة في اتجاهاتهم نحو تطبيق الارغونوميا المدرسية تعزى لمتغير السن. -لا توجد فروق في اتجاهات الاساتذة حول تطبيق الارغونوميا المدرسية تعزى الى متغير الخبرة. | en_US |
