Etuded’une tour en béton armé (sous-sol+RDC+10 étages)selon le B.A.E.L91 et le R.P.A 99 version 2003

Abstract

Ce projet présente une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment à usage multiple constitué d’un sous-sol, un rez de chaussée + 10 étages, qui sera implanté dans la wilaya de Mostaganem, classée en zone IIa. Dans le présent travail, nous avons abordé le pré-dimensionnement des différents éléments, l’étude des planchers et éléments secondaires, l’étude dynamique a été réalisé par le logiciel de structures ETABS 17 et le ferraillage des différents éléments de la structure. Ceci en tenant compte des recommandations du BAEL91 et des règlements parasismiques algériens RPA 99/2003. Mots clés : bâtiment, béton, ETABS17, Socotec, RPA 99/2003,BAEL91. ملخص هذا المشروع عبارة عن دراسة مفصلة لعمارة مكونة من طابق تحت أرضي و طابق أرضي وعشرة طوابق علوية,يتم إنجازها بولاية مستغانم المصنفة ضمن المنطقة الزلزالية رقم IIa . في العمل التالي, تناولنا الأبعاد الأولية للعناصر, دراسة البلاطات والأجزاء الثانوية من البناية, الدراسة الدينامـيكية للبناية بواسطة ETABS 17 وتسليح مختلف العناصر المكونة للبناية.هذا مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار كل توصيات BAEL91 و القوانين الجزائرية المقاومة للزلازل RPA 99/2003 الكلمات المفتاحية:العمارة،الخرسانة، ETABS17, Socotec, , RPA 99/2003,BAEL9

Summary This project presents a detailed study a multipurpose building consisting of a basement, a ground floor + 10 floors, which will be located in the wilaya of Mostaganem, classified zone IIa. In the present work, we have dealt with the presizing of the various elements, the study of the floors and the secondary elements, the dynamic assessment carried out by ETABS 17 as well as the reinforcement of the various elements of the structure, taking into account the recommendations of BAEL91 and the Algerian seismic regulations RPA 99/2003.
