| dc.description | The study, titled: The role of public relations in improving the organization’s job performance, attempted to diagnose the actual reality of the public relations apparatus in the Ooredoo-Mostaganem Agency. In this context, the study relied on the descriptive approach and the case study approach to achieve its objectives. It also used field research techniques represented by interviews and observation. To collect data and information. The study reached a set of results, including the mini-communication cell within the agency that performs public relations work and plays an important role in coordinating among employees and meeting their requirements to be compatible with the requirements of the organization’s external audience. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | حاولت الدراسة الموسومة بـ: دور العلاقات العامة في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي بالمؤسسة بتشخيص الواقع الفعلي لجهاز العلاقات العامة في وكالة أوريدو-مستغانم، وفي هذا السياق اعتمدت الدراسة في تحقيق أهدافها على المنهج الوصفي ومنهج دراسة الحالة، كما استخدمت تقنيات البحث الميداني والمتمثلة في المقابلة والملاحظة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج مضمونها خلية الاتصال المصغرة داخل الوكالة تعمل عمل العلاقات العامة وتؤدي دورا مهما في التنسيق بين الموظفين وتلبية متطلباتهم لتتوافق مع متطلبات الجمهور الخارجي للمؤسسة. | en_US |
