Abstract

V Abstract This graduation thesis deals with the technical and techno-commercial study of a reinforced concrete building composed of a ground floor, a basement, and eight upper floors, located in Mostaganem, according to the requirements of the new seismic regulation RPA 2024. This multifunctional building includes a basement parking area, commercial spaces, service offices, and residential apartments. The main objective of this work is to ensure the stability, safety, and durability of the structure while satisfying technical, economic, and regulatory requirements. The study includes the presentation of the structure, preliminary sizing of structural elements, load and overload evaluation according to current regulations, seismic analysis, and the design and reinforcement of structural components such as beams, shear walls, slabs, and foundations. The work was carried out in accordance with BAEL 99 standards, specifications, and load regulations. Several specialized software programs were used to obtain accurate and reliable results, including Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis 2025, Autocad 2025, and CYPE. In addition to the technical study, a techno-commercial analysis was carried out, including quantity estimation, cost evaluation, in order to ensure efficient site organization and optimal project management. Keywords: Seismic analysis, reinforcement, RPA 2024, reinforced concrete VI Résumé Ce mémoire de fin d’études porte sur l’étude technique et technico-commerciale d’un immeuble en béton armé de type RDC+sous-sol+8 étages, implanté dans la wilaya de Mostaganem, conformément aux exigences du nouveau règlement parasismique RPA 2024. Cet ouvrage multifonctionnel abrite un parking au sous-sol, des commerces au niveau de RDC, des bureaux de service ainsi que des logements. L’objectif principal de cette étude est d’assurer la stabilité, la sécurité et la durabilité de la structure tout en respectant les exigences techniques, économiques et réglementaires. Le travail réalisé comprend la présentation de l’ouvrage, le prédimensionnement des éléments Structuraux, l’évaluation des charges et surcharges selon les règlements en vigueur, l’étude sismique ainsi que le dimensionnement et le ferraillage des différents éléments porteurs tels que les poutres, les voiles, les planchers et les fondations. L’étude a été menée conformément au règlement BAEL 99, au cahier des charges et surcharges. Afin d’obtenir des résultats précis et fiables, plusieurs logiciels spécialisés ont été utilisés, notamment Autodesk Robot Structural Analysis 2025, Autocad 2025, et CYPE. En complément de l’étude technique, une étude technico-commerciale a été réalisée comprenant l’estimation des quantités, l’évaluation des couts afin d’assurer une bonne organisation du chantier et une gestion optimale du projet.
