| dc.description | This study aims to identify the reality of training for public administration workers especially in light of the changes and reforms that occurred in the work of the mostaganem port corporation with the emergence of digitization for this we used the qualitative approach which helped us understand the reality of the training policy proceeding through the technique of interview and observation and allowed us to get closer to the workers they consist of eleven workers in the general Administration of the Mostaganem port corporation Among the most important results we reached in this study is identifying the training policy from the official and labor discourse in light of the digital revolution and transformations and confirming the study s hypotheses. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة التعرف على واقع التكوين لعمال إدارة العامة خاصة في ظل التغيرات والإصلاحات التي طرأت على العمل للمؤسسة ميناء مستغانم مع ظهور الرقمنة،ولأجل ذلك استخدما المنهج الكيفي الذي ساعدنا في فهم واقع تسير سياسة التكوين من خلال تقنية المقابلة و التقرب من العمال أكثر و يتكونن من 11عامل بالإدارة العامة للموارد البشرية بمؤسسة ميناء مستغانم. من بين أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها في هذه الدراسة التعرف على سياسة التكوين من خطاب الرسمي والخطاب العمالي في ظل الثورة الرقمية والتحولات،وتأكيد فرضيات الدراسة. | en_US |
