Abstract

Abstract: StudyTitle: The Level of HealthAwarenessamongSomeStudentsat the Institute of Physical Education and Sports at Abdelhamid Ibn BadisUniversity, Mostaganem The study aimed to identify and understand the level of health awareness among students at the Institute of Physical Education and Sports in various areas. It also aimed to determine whether there were statistically significant differences in the level of awareness among students, and whether there was a relationship between health awareness and nutrition, personal health, disease, and exercise. To achieve this, the descriptive approach was adopted. The research sample consisted of 30 students at the University Institute of Physical Education in Mostaganem, who were randomly selected. The main experiment was conducted on them, which used a health awareness questionnaire consisting of four axes and a total of 40 questions. The results were analyzed using statistical methods, such as Pearson's simple correlation coefficient. Among the most important results obtained in the final analysis was that the level of health awareness among students at the Institute of Physical Education and Sports was low and weak, and there was a relationship between health awareness, personal health, proper nutrition, and exercise. Therefore, a student is described as being concerned with his level of health awareness and its four areas.
