طفل اليوم هو ركيزة المستقبل، هذا ما جعل حمايته من كافة أشكال الاعتداءات أولوية قصوى في التشريع الجزائري لا سيما من جريمة اختطاف الأطفال التي تفاقمت مؤخرا وأصبحت تدق ناقوس الخطر باعتبارها جريمة مركبة تقود إلى جرائم أخرى كالقتل والاتجار والاعتداء الجنسي. كذلك أنها تشكل تهديدا على حياة الطفل والأسرة والمجتمع عامة لما تخلفه من آثار سلبية لهم. المشرع الجزائري أدرك خطورة هذه الجريمة وسعى إلى بسط أكبر قدر ممكن من الحماية للطفل وذلك بتعديله للنصوص القانونية المتعلقة بهذه الجريمة وإصدار قانون خاص يساهم في تفعيل آليات محاربتها، وعليه هذا التدخل يهدف إلى التعرف على مظاهر السياسة الجنائية المنتهجة من قبل المشرع الجزائري في مكافحة جريمة اختطاف الأطفال ومدى فاعليتها في ردع مرتكبيها وكيفية الوقاية منها

Today's child is the cornerstone of the future. This is why protecting children from all forms of assault has become a top priority in Algerian legislation, particularly concerning the crime of child kidnapping, which has recently escalated and is sounding the alarm as a compound crime that leads to other offenses such as murder, trafficking, and sexual assault. It also poses a threat to the life of the child, the family, and society as a whole due to the negative repercussions it leaves behind. The Algerian legislator has recognized the severity of this crime and has sought to extend the greatest possible protection to the child by amending the legal texts related to this crime and issuing a special law that contributes to activating mechanisms to combat it. Accordingly, this intervention aims to identify the manifestations of the criminal policy adopted by the Algerian legislator in combating the crime of child kidnapping, the extent of its effectiveness in deterring perpetrators, and how to prevent it.
