أدت التطورات التكنولوجية الى انتقال الأنشطة التجارية الى التجارة الالكترونية، التي تتميز بسهولة الوصول الى البيانات، و انخفاض تكاليف الشركات. و نظرا لانتشارها الواسع ظهرت أنواع عديدة من المخاطر الاجرامية التي تهدد الحقوق و ممتلكات الأفراد في الفضاء الالكتروني. و قد اضطر مجتمع الأعمال الى تطوير اليات حماية جنائية تتناسب مع طبيعة الأفعال الاجرامية المرتبطة بالتجارة الالكترونية، و لهذا السبب وضعت التشريعات الدولية و الجزائرية هياكل قانونية و إجرائية متعددة لتحسين الحماية و التعامل بفعالية مع تحديات التجارة الالكترونية

Abstract of Master’s Thesis Technological advancements have led to the transition of commercial activities into e-commerce, which is characterized by easy access to data and reduced corporate costs. Due to its widespread proliferation, numerous types of criminal risks have emerged, threatening individuals' rights and properties in cyberspace. Consequently, the business community has been compelled to develop criminal protection mechanisms tailored to the nature of criminal acts associated with e-commerce. For this reason, international and Algerian legislations have established multiple legal and procedural frameworks to enhance protection and effectively address the challenges of e-commerce
