Abstract

Accordingly, the current study divided it into four chapters. The first is the methodological aspect of the study, in which we dealt with the problem of the research, and we clarified the importance of the issue of “work disputes” and we also touched on the problem as well to know the real causes of this phenomenon “work disputes” and to consider this study in support of what Others presented research in the same matter... We also made it clear that we are talking about organizational, social, economic, or interest disputes, and we did not touch upon legal disputes because they are the prerogative of others.
