| dc.description | adjustment. We relied on the clinical approach (clinical observation, clinical interview, and case study) to collect data, as well as on the modified Mental Health Scale by Leonard Derogatis, 1977. The researcher conducted her study at a psychological arthophonetic clinic in the municipality of Mazagran, Mostaganem province. She conducted individual clinical interviews with three married cases of both genders, aged between 37-50 years. The study results concluded that: • Mental health affects marital adjustment. • Good mental health contributes to improved understanding and effective communication between spouses, while poor mental health leads to weak communication and increased misunderstanding. • Good mental health enhances the quality of emotional and sexual responses between spouses, whereas poor mental health is associated with sexual frigidity and emotional disconnection. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على تأثير الصحة النفسية على التوافق الزواجي ، ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج العيادي (الملاحظة العيادية، المقابلة العيادية ودراسة الحالة) ، وعلى مقياس الصحة النفسية المعدل لصاحبه ليونارد ديروجيتش 1977 . أجرت الباحثة دراستها بعيادة نفسية ارطفونية ببلدية مزغران ، ولاية مستغانم. و قامت بمقابلات فردية عيادية مع 3 حالات متزوجين من جنس ذكر و انثلى تتراوح اعمارهم بين 37- 50 سنة توصلت نتائج الدراسة الى ان : - الصحة النفسية على التوافق الزواجي. - الصحة النفسية الجيدة تساهم في تحسين التفاهم والتواصل الفعال بين الزوجين، بينما تؤدي الصحة النفسية المتدهورة إلى ضعف في التواصل وزيادة في سوء الفهم. - الصحة النفسية الجيدة تعزز من جودة الاستجابات العاطفية والجنسية بين الزوجين، في حين أن الصحة النفسية الضعيفة ترتبط بفتور جنسي وانفصال عاطفي. | en_US |
