| dc.description | This study aims to identify the topic of the career path of university graduates who work in sectors different from their academic training. We tried to answer the following question: How do university graduates perceive the experience of working in sectors different from their academic training? To answer this question, we used the qualitative method and the semi-structured interview technique. We found that the career aspirations of university graduates at the beginning of their studies differ from the career path they had to choose after graduation. Their rhetoric shows a strong desire to improve their skills and continue to work according to their university specializations. The respondents faced difficulties and challenges at the beginning of their careers, such as not adapting to the tasks required of them and the unfamiliar work environment. However, there are those who benefited from the training they received at the university by utilizing the acquired knowledge, such as language skills that helped them in the process of communicating with different groups in the workplace. However, some of the respondents consider that they are practicing a profession below their academic level and were forced to accept it because the work is necessary and avoids the suffering of unemployment. As for their evaluation of the work experience, there are those who consider that they have achieved success in their professional experiences and emphasize that they were able to take advantage of this opportunity. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على موضوع المسار المهني لدى خريجي الجامعة الذين عملوا بقطاعات مختلفة عن مجال تكوينهم الأكاديمي. حاولنا الإجابة على التساؤل التالي: كيف ينظر خريجو الجامعة الى تجربة العمل بقطاعات مغايرة وبعيدة عن تكوينهم الجامعي؟ للإجابة عن هذا التساؤل استخدمنا المنهج الكيفي وتقنية المقابلة النصف موجهة. خلصنا إلى أن التطلعات المهنية لدى خريجي الجامعة في بداية دراستهم تختلف عن المسار المهني الذي اضطروا إلى اختياره بعد التخرج. إذ تبين خطابتهم رغبتهم الشديدة في تحسين مهاراتهم والمواصلة في العمل وفق تخصصاتهم الجامعية. كما ان المبحوثين واجهوا صعوبات وتحديات في بداية مسيرتهم المهنية تتمثل في عدم تأقلمهم مع المهام المطلوبة منهم وبيئة العمل غير المألوفة.رغم ذلك يوجد من استفاد من التكوين الذي تلقاه في الجامعة من خلال استغلاله للمعارف المكتسبة مثل المهارات اللغوية التي ساعدتهم في عملية التواصل مع مختلف الفئات في مكان العمل. لكن من المبحوثين من يعتبر أنه يمارس مهنة أقل من مستواه الأكاديمي واضطر لقبولها كون العمل ضروري ويجنبه معاناة البطالة. أما بالنسبة لتقييمهم لتجربة العمل فهناك من يعتبر أنه حقق نجاحاً في تجاربه المهنية ويؤكد أنه تمكن من الاستفادة من هذه الفرصة. | en_US |
