Etude d’un bâtiment RDC+5 étages à usage D’habitation

Abstract

Ce travail vise à étudier un bâtiment à usage d’habitation composé d'un rez de chaussée plus cinq étages (R+5), qui sera implanté dans la wilaya de Mostaganem, qui est classée en la zone sismique V selon les règles parasismiques algériennes RPA 2024, La stabilité de l'ouvrage est assurée Par un système auto-stable (poteaux, poutres, voiles), L'étude et l'analyse de ces structures ont été établies par le logiciel ROBOT version 2025 Le calcul des dimensions et du ferraillage de tous les éléments sont conformes aux règles applicables en vigueurs à savoir le BAEL91 modifier 99 et RPA2024. Abstract This work aims to study a building for residential use consisting of a ground floor plus five floors (R + 5), which will be located in the state of MOSTAGANM, is classified in seismic zone V according to the Algerian seismic rules RPA 2024, The stability of the structure is ensured by a self-stable system (columns, beams, veils ), The study and the analysis of this structure were established by the software ROBOT version 2025. Calculation of dimensions and the reinforcement of all the resistant elements comply with the applicable rules, namely the BAEL91 edit 99 and RPA2024.
