الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة ودورها في النمو الاقتصادي في مصر

Abstract

لقد برزت التدفقات الرأسمالية أثناء العقدين الماضيين كأحد الظواهر الاقتصادية الجديدة في الأداء الاقتصادي للدول. ويمثل الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر أحد أهم أشكال التدفقات الرأسمالية التي احتلت مكانا كبيرا في التفسيرات النظرية. وانعكس هذا الدور للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في زيادة النمو الاقتصادي، خلق فرص للتوظف، ونقل التكنولوجيا، وزيادة القوة التنافسية. وتختبر هذه الورقة العلاقة بين الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر والنمو الاقتصادي وذلك باستخدام المنهج القياسي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر له اثر موجب ومعنوي على النمو الاقتصادي في مصر، كما أبرزت الدراسة أهمية الاهتمام بعنصر رأس المال البشرى وزيادة العملية التصديرية، والسعي إلى جذب المزيد من تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر إلى مصر وخصوصا الإنتاجي منه، وإزالة كافة المعوقات التي تعترضه. Abstract: Capital flows have emerged during the past two decades as one of the new economic phenomena in the economic performance of the countries. The foreign direct investment (FDI) one of the most important forms of capital flows, which occupied a large place in theoretical explanations. This role of foreign direct investment was reflected in increased economic growth, creation of employment opportunities, technology transfer, and increase competitive strength. The test of this paper the relationship between foreign direct investment and economic growth, using the curriculum standard, and the study found that foreign direct investment has effect positive and significant economic growth in Egypt, and study highlighted the importance of attention to the element of human capital and increase process export, and seek to attract more investment flows foreign Direct to Egypt and especially productive, and remove all the obstacles that lie ahead.
