أثر الانفتاح الاقتصادي على فعالية السياسة النقدية في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2015 -دراسة قياسية باستعمال منهج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة-

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة وتحليل أثر الانفتاح الاقتصادي في السياسة النقدية في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1990-2015، وقد تم استخدام مجموعة من المتغيرات بما يتوافق مع واقع الاقتصاد الجزائري والدراسات التجريبية وبالاعتماد على منهج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة ARDL الذي قدمه كل من Pesaran et Al 2001 وعن طريق برنامج Eviews 9. توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة بين المتغيرات في المديين القصير والطويل، كما أوصت بضرورة مراعاة التدرج والتوقيت المناسب في صياغة إي سياسة خاصة بالانفتاح الاقتصادي، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة تنويع مصادر الدخل والحد من الاعتماد المفرط على إيرادات المحروقات. Abstract: The objective of this study is to study and analyze the effect of economic openness in monetary policy in Algeria during the period 1990-2015. A number of variables have been used in accordance with the reality of the Algerian economy and empirical studies and based on the self-regression methodology of the ARDL through the Eviews 9 program. The study concluded that there is a relationship between the variables in the short and long term. It also recommended that the gradual and appropriate timing should be taken into account in the formulation of any policy of economic openness, in addition to the need to diversify sources of income and reduce excessive dependence on hydrocarbon revenues
