| dc.description | This study aimed to determine the professional frameworks available to retirees, in addition to identifying the most important factors that would influence the career path of retirees. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, we distributed a questionnaire to a sample of 105 retirees from different sectors, relying on statistical methods appropriate to the nature of the study, and accordingly The study concluded that the professional orientation after retirement is not governed only by financial controls, but is based on physical, mental, and psychological variables. | dc.description.abstract | لقد هدفت هذه الدراسة لتحديد الاطر المهنية المتاحة أمام المتقاعدين، إضافة إلى تحديد أبرز العوامل التي من شأنها التأثير على المسار المهني للمتقاعدين، ومن أجل تحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة قمنا بتوزيع استمارة على عينة قدرها 105 متقاعد ضمن قطاعات مختلفة، وبالاعتماد على مناهج احصائية تناسب طبيعة الدراسة، وعليه توصلت الدراسة إلى أن التوجه المهني لما بعد التقاعد لا تحكمه فقط الضوابط المالية، وإنما يستند إلى متغيرات بدنية وعقلية ونفسية، ذلك أن التوجه المهني للمتقاعدين يعتبر عند غالبيتهم منفذا لتحقيق الذات بحرية بعيدا عن قيد الوظيفة. | en_US |
