الاتصال التربوي وعلاقته بتنمية المهارات المعرفية التربوية لدى تلاميذ الأقسام التحضيرية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى المعرفة عن العلاقة بين الاتصال التربوي وتنمية المهارات المعرفية التربوية لدى تلاميذ الأقسام التحضرية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة. ومن هذا المنطلق اعتمدت الباحثة على منهج الوصفي الذي يقوم على جمع معلومات وتفسيرها وتحليلها وشملت عينة دارسة 120 تلميذ في المدرستين خديم سليمان ولخضر مخلوف سيدى لخضر- مستغانم وتم الاستعانة بالأداة التالية التي تمثلت: في استبيانات الاتصال التربوي وتنمية مهارات لكل من الباحثين بركة وبلعباسي، وبعد عملية تطبيق والمعالجة الإحصائية كانت نتائج كالتالي: توجد علاقة ارتباطية بين الاتصال التربوي وتنمية مهارات معرفية تربوية لدى تلاميذ أقسام التحضيرية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة. توجد فروق ذات دلالات إحصائية في كل من الاتصال التربوي وتنمية المهارات المعرفية التربوية لدى تلاميذ الأقسام التحضرية تعزى لمتغير الجنس من وجهة نظر الأساتذة. This study aimed to knowledge the relationship between educational communication and the development of educational cognitive skills among preparatory school students, from the perspective of teachers. From this standpoint, the researcher relied on the descriptive approach, which is based on collecting, interpreting and analyzing information. The study sample included 120 students in the schools of Khadim Suleiman and LakhdarMakhlouf Sidi Lakhdar-Mostaganem. The following tool was used: educational communication and skills development questionnaires for both researchers Baraka and Belabbasi. After the process of application and statistical processing, the results were as follows: - There is a correlation between educational communication and skill development among preparatory class students, from the teachers' perspective. - There are statistically significant differences in both educational communication and cognitive skill development among preparatory class students, attributed to gender, from the teachers' perspective
