Abstract

ملخص تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا الاتصال في تغيير الأداء الوظيفي للشركة الجزائرية للكهرباء و الغاز ، إذ ساهمت تكنولوجيا الاتصال في تغيير طبيعة العمل للمؤسسة حيث طورته من طرق كلاسيكية الى طريقة جديدة و عصرية تتماشى مع خصائصها ، أثرت هذه الأخيرة على أداء العاملين في الشركة الجزائرية للكهرباء و الغاز حيث وفرت عليهم الوقت و الجهد و النفقات الكبيرة . و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة فقد استخدمنا المنهج المسحي الذي يعتبر المنهج الملائم في دراستنا كما اعتمدنا على الأدوات التالية الملاحظة و الاستبيان لجمع المعلومات و اقتصرت عملية التوزيع على أسلوب العينة القصدية بحيث بلغ تعداد عينة الدراسة على 50 عامل من الشركة ثم تحليل البيانات الواردة في الاستبيانات عن طريق برنامج s .spss لقد كان لتكنولوجيا الاتصال دور هام وكبير في إعادة هيكلة وتنظيم الشركة حيث ساعدتها على تغيير نمطها و أدائها العام . الكلمات المفتاحية : دور تكنولوجيا الاتصال- الأداء الوظيفي- الشركة الجزائرية للكهرباء و الغاز- المؤسسة

Summary: The study aims to identify the role of communication technology in changing the functionality of the Algerian Company for Electricity and Gas Communication technology has changed the nature of the organization's work, developing it from classic to new and modern methods in line with its characteristics. The latter affected the performance of the Algerian Company for Electricity and Gas, saving them time, effort and large expenses. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, we used the survey curriculum, which is the appropriate approach in our study. We also relied on the following observations and questionnaires to collect information. The distribution process was limited to the method of the intentional sample, so that the sample of the study was numbered 50 workers from the company and then analyzed the data contained in the questionnaires through the program s .spss Communication technology has played an important and significant role in the restructuring and organization of the company, helping it to change its pattern and overall performance
