يتعرض الطفل نظرا للظروف المحيطة به إلى الاستغلال الاقتصادي من قبل شخص أو مجموعة من الأشخاص، يؤدي إلى الإنقاص من حقوقه وحرياته ويؤثر ذلك على حالته الصحية والاجتماعية، لذا قرر القانون الحماية لهذه الفئة الضعيفة ونص على مجموعة من التدابير يضمن من خلالها تمتع الطفل وممارسة حقوقه مثله مثل البالغين

- Due to their surrounding circumstances, children may be subjected to economic exploitation by individuals or groups—practices that infringe upon their rights and freedoms and adversely affect their health and social well-being. Consequently, the law has established protections for this vulnerable group, mandating measures to ensure that children enjoy and exercise their rights on an equal footing with adults.
