ETHICAL AND DEONTOLOGICAL DIMENSION (FUNDAMENTALS) 1 st YEAR SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ENGINEERING STUDENTS

Abstract

This document provides an in-depth analysis of ethics and deontology in the research and higher education sector, while emphasizing the need for a regulatory framework that guarantees integrity, accountability, and transparency. This work highlights the fundamental principles governing professional conduct, such as confidentiality, institutional loyalty, the prevention of conflicts of interest, and the fight against corruption. The study also highlights the importance of promoting an ethical culture within institutions, founded on training, awareness-raising, and strict adherence to deontological rules. It demonstrates how consolidating these values contributes to strengthening scientific relevance, credibility with society, and high-quality academic management, while proposing an operational approach for the sustainable integration of ethics into teaching practices, administrative activities, and research work. Résumé Le présent document fournit une analyse approfondie de l'éthique et de la déontologie dans le secteur de la recherche et de l'enseignement supérieur, tout en soulignant la nécessité d'un cadre réglementaire garantissant l'intégrité, la responsabilité et la transparence. Cet ouvrage met en évidence les principes fondamentaux régissant le comportement professionnel, tels que la confidentialité, la loyauté institutionnelle, la prévention des conflits d'intérêts et la lutte contre la corruption. L'étude souligne également l'importance de promouvoir une culture éthique au sein des institutions, fondée sur la formation, la sensibilisation et le respect rigoureux des règles déontologiques. Elle démontre la manière dont la consolidation de ces valeurs contribue à renforcer la pertinence scientifique, la crédibilité auprès de la société et la gestion académique de qualité, tout en proposant une approche opérationnelle pour l'intégration durable de l'éthique dans les pratiques d'enseignement, les activités administratives et les travaux de recherche. ملخص لألخالقيات والمبادئ المهنية في قطاع البحث والتعليم العالي، مع التأكيد على ضرورة يقدم هذا المستند تحليالً متعمقاً وجود إطار تنظيمي يضمن النزاهة والمسؤولية والشفافية. يبرز هذا العمل المبادئ األساسية التي تحكم السلوك المهني، مثل السرية والوالء المؤسسي ومنع تضارب المصالح ومكافحة الفساد. تؤكد الدراسة أي ًضا على أهمية تعزيز ثقافة أخالقية داخل المؤسسات، قائمة على التدريب والتوعية وااللتزام الصارم بقواعد السلوك المهني. وتوضح الدراسة كيف يساهم تعزيز هذه القيم في تعزيز المالئمة العلمية والمصداقية لدى المجتمع واإلدارة األكاديمية الجيدة، مع اقتراح نهج عملي إلدماج األخالقيات بشكل مستدام في ممارسات التدريس واألنشطة اإلدارية واألعمال البحثية. الكلمات المفتاحية : األخالق، آداب المهنة، النزاهة، السرية، تضارب المصالح
