تقترح هذه الأطروحة تصميم مركز حضانة مبتكر مدمج في مركز حاكمية مستغانم، الواقع قبالة البحر صلامندر(لاكريك).يتمحور المشروع حول ثلاثة محاور رئيسية: الاستدامة والرفاهية والاتصال

تم تصميم مركز الحضانة ليكون معياريًا وقابلًا للتطوير، مع واجهة ديناميكية مستوحاة من الحركات البحرية. يسمح هيكل العمود خفيف الوزن والمتطور بالتكيف مع احتياجات الإضاءة، مع تقليل التأثير على الموقع. الهدف هو إنشاء مركز ريادي جذاب يجمع بين مساحات العمل والخدمات والمناطق العامة، مع تعزيز البيئة البحرية الاستثنائية.

يشجع التصميم الداخلي التفاعل والإبداع، مع مساحات العمل المشتركة وورش العمل المشتركة ومناطق الاسترخاء المفتوحة على البحر.

يهدف هذا المشروع المبتكر إلى تعزيز النظام البيئي المحلي لريادة الأعمال من خلال تقديم: بيئة عمل ملهمة تطل على البحر، وبنية تحتية نموذجية للشركات الناشئة والباحثين، والتكامل المتناغم مع النسيج الاقتصادي والسياحي الحالي.

This thesis proposes the design of an innovative incubation center integrated into the Mostaganem governance center, located facing the sea in La Salamandre (Krik). The project is structured around three major axes: sustainability, well-being, and connectivity.

The incubation center is designed to be modular and scalable, with a dynamic façade inspired by the movements of the sea. Its refined, lightweight column structure allows for adaptation to lighting needs while minimizing the impact on the site. The objective is to create an attractive entrepreneurial hub combining workspaces, services, and public areas, while enhancing the exceptional maritime setting.

The interior design encourages interaction and creativity, with coworking spaces, shared workshops, and relaxation areas overlooking the sea.

This innovative project aims to boost the local entrepreneurial ecosystem by offering: An inspiring work environment facing the sea, modular infrastructure for startups and researchers, and seamless integration with the existing economic and tourism fabric.

Ce mémoire propose la conception d’un centre d’incubation innovant intégré au pôle de gouvernance de Mostaganem, situé face à la mer à La Salamandre (la crique). Le projet s’articule autour de trois axes majeurs : durabilité, bien-être et connectivité. Le centre d'incubation se veut modulable et évolutif, avec une façade dynamique s'inspirant des mouvements marins. Sa structure légère raffinéepermet une adaptation aux besoins lumineux, tout en minimisant l'impact sur le site.L'objectif est de créer un pôle entrepreneurial attractif combinant espaces de travail, services et zones publiques, tout en valorisant le cadre maritime exceptionnel. L'aménagement intérieur favorise les échanges et la créativité, avec des espaces de coworking, des ateliers partagés et des lieux de détente ouverts sur la mer. Ce projet innovant entend dynamiser l'écosystème entrepreneurial local en offrant : un cadre de travail inspirant face à la mer, des infrastructures modulables pour startups et chercheurs et une intégration harmonieuse avec le tissu économique et touristique existant. Notre projet se veut un incubateur maritime unique, alliant fonctionnalité entrepreneuriale, innovation architecturale et respect de l'environnement côtier.
