Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى تأثير أبعاد الثقافة التنظيمية في تحسين تطبيق متطلبات ضمان الجودة بالكلية، من خلال استطلاع آراء عينة من الأساتذة وتمت هذه الدراسة من خلال وضع فرضية رئيسية وخمس فرضيات فرعية ومن ثم مناقشتها وتحليلها باستخدام برنامج (SPSS, V20). خلصت الدراسة الميدانية إلى أن تطبيق أبعاد الثقافة التنظيمية يسمح بتحسين تطبيق متطلبات ضمان الجودة بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية والتجارية وعلوم التسيير بجامعة باتنة في بعدين هما الهياكل والنظم، وهذا راجع الى أنها في بداية تطبيق نظام ضمان الجودة. Abstract This study aimed to determine the effect of organizational culture dimensions in improving application quality faculty assurance requirements, through a survey sample of professors views and has this study through the development of a major premise and five hypotheses subset is then discussed and analyzed using software (SPSS, V20). The field study concluded that the application of organizational culture dimensions allows for improved application quality faculty of economic and commercial sciences and management at the University of Batna guarantee in two dimensions: structures and systems requirements, and this is due to it in the beginning of the application of quality assurance system.
