Etude d’un bâtiment R+12 en béton armée à usage d’habitation

Abstract

Ce projet présente une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment de forme régulière à usage multiple constitué de sous sols, un rez de chaussée + 12 étage implanté dans la wilaya de mostaganem Cette étude se compose de quatre parties. -La première partie c’est la description générale du projet avec une présentation de l’aspect architectural des éléments du bâtiment, Ensuite le redimensionnement de la structure et enfin la descente des charges. - La deuxième partie a été consacrée aux éléments secondaires (l’escalier poutrelles, dalles pleines et l’acrotére ). - L’étude dynamique de la structure a été entamée dans la troisième partie par ETABS version 2017 afin de déterminer les différentes sollicitations dues aux chargements (charges permanente, d’exploitation et charge sismique). -La dernière partie comprend le ferraillage des différents éléments résistants de la structure (fondation, poteaux, poutres ). En tenant compte des recommandations du BAEL91 ,modifiée99 et les règlements parasismiques algérien RPA 99/2003. Mots clés : bâtiment, béton, ETABS 2017, Socotec, RPA 99/2003,BAEL91.

يقدم هذا المشروع دراسة مفصلة لمبنى ذو شكل منتظم متعدد الاستخدامات يتكون من الطوابق السفلية ، الطابق الأرضي + 12 الطابق الموجود في ولاية مستغانم تتكون هذه الدراسة من أربعة أجزاء. - الجزء الأول هو الوصف العام للمشروع مع عرض الجانب المعماري لعناصر المبنى ، ثم تغيير حجم الهيكل وأخيراً نزول الرسوم. - تم تخصيص الجزء الثاني للعناصر الثانوية (عوارض الدرج والألواح الصلبة و acroterium). - بدأت الدراسة الديناميكية للهيكل في الجزء الثالث بإصدار ETABS لعام 2017 لتحديد الأحمال المختلفة بسبب الأحمال (الحمل الدائم والتشغيل والحمل الزلزالي). - الجزء الأخير يشمل تعزيز العناصر المقاومة المختلفة للهيكل (الأساس ، المشاركات ، الحزم). مع الأخذ في الاعتبار توصيات BAEL91 ، المعدلة 99 واللوائح الزلزالية الجزائرية RPA 99/2003. الكلمات الأساسية: مبنى ، خرساني ، ETABS 2017 ، Socotec ، RPA 99/2003 ، BAEL91.

This project presents a detailed study of a building of regular form of multiple use consisting of basements, a ground floor + 12 floor located in the wilaya of mostaganem This study consists of four parts. -The first part is the general description of the project with a presentation of the architectural aspect of the building elements, then the resizing of the structure and finally the descent of the charges. - The second part was devoted to secondary elements (the staircase beams, solid slabs and the acroterium). - The dynamic study of the structure was started in the third part by ETABS version 2017 to determine the different loads due to loads (permanent load, operating and seismic load). -The last part includes the reinforcement of the different resistant elements of the structure (foundation, posts, beams). Taking into account the recommendations of BAEL91, modified99 and Algerian seismic regulations RPA 99/2003.
