| dc.description | Given the Great interest in the topic of work pressures by researchers , especially after changes in working conditions , especially for university professors due to digitization, we were interested in studing this topic in order to see the reflection of work pressures on the functioning of university professors unfer digization school of humanities and social sciences , abdelhamid ibn badis-mostaganem-uniersity comprising a sample of 70 professors the quantitative approach suited to the nature of the topic and the reliance on the from tool has been used to gather information from sample members . one of our most imortant findings is : - The work pressures experienced by the university professor are the result of changing his working conditions through digitization . - Insufficient digitization is recorder due to the many obstales and techniques faced by the university , which have generated and increased pressure at work - To adversely affect the psyschological and health condition of the university professor through digitization . | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | نظرا للاهتمام الكبير لموضوع ضغوط العمل من قبل الباحثين خاصة بعد التغيرات التي طرأت على ظروف العمل و بالأخص على الأساتذة الجامعيين بسبب الرقمنة جعلنا نهتم بدراسة هذا الموضوع بهدف انعكاس ضغوط العمل على الأداء الوظيفي للأساتذة الجامعيين في ظل الرقمنة ، حيث تمثلت الحدود المكانية للدراسة في كلية العلوم الإنسانية و الاجتماعية بجامعة عبد الحميد بن باديس – مستغانم – و شملت عينة مكونة من 70 أستاذ(ة) و قد تم استخدام المنهج الكمي الذي يتناسب مع الطبيعة الموضوع مع الاعتماد على أداة الاستمارة بغية جمع المعلومات من الأفراد العينة و من أهم النتائج التي توصلنا إليها : - ضغوط العمل التي يعانيها الأستاذ الجامعي هي نتيجة تغيير ظروف عمله من خلال الرقمنة . - تسجيل قصور في الرقمنة بسبب العديد من المعوقات و التقنيات التي توجهها الجامعة مما أدى إلى توليد و زيادة الضغوط في العمل . - لضغوط العمل تأثير سلبي على الحالة النفسية و الصحية للأستاذ الجامعي من خلال الرقمنة . | en_US |
