جودة الحياة لدى مريض السكري

Abstract

ملخص البحث: يهدف هذا البحث إلى معرفة جودة الحياة لدى مري ض السكري ،ولهذا الغرض أجرينا دراستنا في عيادة عمومية متعددة الخدمات لمرضى السكري ايزة عبدة هللا بمستغانم على عينة من مرضى السكري تتراوح أعمارهم مابين )26-65 سنة( مقسمة إلى ) 3)ذكور و ) 2 )إناث ،ولتحقيق أهداف البحث اعتمدنا على المنهج العيادي و مقياس جودة الحياة المختصر من مقياس األصلي لمنضمة الصحة العالمية المتكون من أربعة إبعاد تشمل ) الصحة الجسدية ، الصحة النفسية ، العالقات االجتماعية ،البعد البيئة( والمالحظة العيادية وكانت نتائج الدراسة كاألتي : • يتمتع مريض السكري بمستوى جودة حياة مرتفع . • ال يوجد اختالف في مستوى جودة الحياة عند مريض السكري باختالف الجنس المريض. • ال يوجد اختالف في مستوى جودة الحياة عند مريض السكري باختالف مدة اإلصابة . • ال يوجد اختالف في مستوى جودة الحياة عند مريض السكري باختالف عمر المريض . ث Abstract -The aim of this study is to identify life quality of diabetes patients, for this purpose, our study was conducted in a multi-service public diabetic clinic Ayza Abd Allah Mostaghanem on a sample of diabetics aged from (26-65 years) classified into (3) males and (2) females. In order to accomplish the research goals, we relied on a clinical approach and the life quality measures, which is summarized from the original scale of the World Health Organization, consisting of four dimensions (Physical health, mental health, social relations, environmental dimension) and clinical observation.
