The topic of our problem revolved around: “How does the family image affect the psychological compatibility of the paramedic child residing in the Childhood Paramedic Center?” We used the clinical approach and some techniques represented in a case study And the clinical note (observation network), Appendix No. (01) on page 99 and the clinical interview (network of interview), Appendix No. (02) on page 102, which enabled us to collect the largest amount of information in order to reach results that serve our study (because we were unable to use the family understanding test. FAT due to the Corona pandemic and the suspension of studies and the prevention of ambush) Our samples included three cases of males present in the Aid Foundation for Children in Oran and who we chose in a deliberate way, trained, so that their ages range from 07 years to 12 years, the paramedic child may exhibit some disorders that hinder his compatibility because he is affected by many psychological factors and this is also shown by previous studies that we mentioned at the beginning of our problem, and in the end we concluded that the general hypothesis has been achieved with all cases and sub-hypotheses that they have been investigated with all cases and this makes us conclude that The family image negatively affects the psychological compatibility of the paramedic child present in the housing institution, by not satisfying his needs and motives, which leads him to a poor compatibility, so family conflicts within the system were apparent in all the studied cases that were not resolved by the spouses, and some indicators were observed through interviews that suggest The lack of control rules agreed upon by the parents, and this is what led to divorce, homelessness of children in the streets and the collapse of the family system. As for the sub-hypotheses, it was that the paramedic sponsorship translates the family’s picture into aggressive behavior. And these conflicts translate into aggressive behaviors, so our observations also of them: quarrels, cursing, physical violence, some strange behavior during our questions about the family, the fact that they are homeless In the street because of their disorder, they live in emotional deprivation and emotional emptiness due to a rift in the family, and the second sub-hypothesis was that the care that the rescued child receives in the residential institution affects his psychological compatibility, for example when the environment (the environment in
