مظاهر العنف المدرسي لدى تلاميذ مرحلة التعليم المتوسط من وجهة نظر مدراء المتوسطات

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على مظاهر العنف المدرسي الأكثر انتشارا لدى تلاميذ المرحلة المتوسطة من وجهة نظر مدراء المتوسطات من العام الدراسي(2015- 2016)،ومعرفة الفروق في مظاهر العنف تبعا لمتغيري الخبرة المهنية، و قد تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة، حيث تم اختيار العينة بطريقة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة والمتمثل في مدراء المتوسطات لولاية مستغانم وتكونت من 60مديرا. بعد الحصول على البيانات ومعالجتها تمثلت النتائج في : 1 ــالعنف الأكثر انتشارا هو العنف نحو ممتلكات المؤسسة ، ثم يليه العنف نحو الذات ،وفي المرتبة الثالثة العنف نحو الآخرين 2 ــ لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية على مستوى الدلالة(α=0.05) بين مستوى تقديرات مدراء المتوسطات لمظاهر العنف المدرسي لدى تلاميذ المرحلة المتوسطة تبعا إلى متغير الخبرة المهنية (أقل من5سنوات، من 6 إلى 15 سنة ، أكثر من 15 سنة) وفي ضوء نتائج الدراسة قدم الباحث عدداً من التوصيات. Abstract : The study aimed to identify the appearances of scool violence witch is so spread beyond the learners of middle scool.this study was supervised by headmasters themselves and fromtheir point of viewfor the school year 2015-2016 .so that a sixty(60) of headmasters was chosen at random to be a sample community of study .keeping in mind that descriptive method was taken in this study. After getting data and processing it results were as following: 1 – the most spreading is violence towards others, then violence towards their selves thirdly violence towards public properties. 2 – there is no statistic significant (indications) at the level of indication (α=0.05)among levels of estimates of headmasters to appearances of scool violence with regard to middle school learners in view of and according to variables of professional experience.(less than 05 years,from06 to 15 yearsmore than 15 years). In view of results of this study,researcher has proposed a number of recommendations.
