Abstract

ىدفت الد ا رسة الحالية الى الكشف عن واقع ممارسة الأدوار الإرشادية وعلاقتيا بالاحت ا رق النفسي لدى عينة من) 40 ( مستشار و مستشارة ، باستخدام المنيج الوصفي و اعتمدت الطالبة مقياس الأدوار الارشادية لمتشاري التوجيو والارشاد المدرسي و الميني من تصميم الطالبة، و مقياس الاحت ا رق النفسي) ماسلاش( وبعد التحقق من الخصائص السيكومترية المتمثمة في الصدق و الثبات ثم معالجة البيانات المتحصل عمييا احصائيا بالاعتماد عمى و بعد تحميل النتائج توصمت ىذه الد ا رسة الى النتائج الاتية: SPSS برنامج 20 -1 توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائيا بين الادوار الارشادية و الاحت ا رق النفسي لدى مستشاري التوجيو . -2 لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في الاحت ا رق النفسي لدى مستشار التوجيو تعزى الى متغير الجنس. -3 لا توجد فروق دالة احصائيا في الاحت ا رق النفسي لدى مستشار التوجيو تعزى الى متغير الاقدمية.

the current study aims to reveal the fact of practicing the guidance roles and its relation to the psycological combustion scale of 40 consultants’ sample ; using the descriptive methode . Here the student used guideline scale from her own desing for professional and scholar guidance advisors as well as she used the psycological combustion scal. After detecting the psychometric propertiers like the honesty and the stability then the treatment of the given answer using a program and after analysing the data ; the study revels the following results : _ There is a relationship shown statistically between the guidance roles and the psychological combustion scale for the guidance advisors _There is not any differnces shown statistically the psycological combustion scale for guidance advisors depending on the gender -The ris not any differnces shown statistically the psycologicalcombustion scale for the guidance advisors depending on the professional experience In spite of the previous studies ; these results has been discussed and the study ends up with some suggestions
