dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this research is to offer based on scientific standards with untilisation the integrated method with the ball to develop some physical qualities in football ( U- 18). The researchers assumed that there are significant differences in some physical qualities. between the sample search for experimental After determining the original study of the community , which is composed of 35 players is 100% and the same age and same year of training (more than 3 years of training) and the development of a set of variables. The sample was divided into three groups, we conducted a study of operations on the first, consisting of (7players) or 20% they were excluded from the study of fundamental research, and two goalies or 5.71%, and the remaining 74.29% or 26 players were randomly assigned by lottery into two groups, one experimental, which consists of (13 players) whose training program offered was applied, and the second witness (13 players) was applied as normal training program. The equivalence of samples in order not to affect the test results. The training program included 40 sessions are three to five sessions per week and the execution of this program lasted 10 425 weeks, the time of each session is (90-120 min) in a specific time of 23.09 / 2010 to 12/12/2010, then perform post-tests. We collected the data and settings for processed statistically using the arithmetic mean and the simple correlation coefficient of Karl Pearson and the standard deviation and student testing. Was found to reach statistically significant differences between the results of my search for a few samples of some physical qualities. for the benefit of the driver board, which demonstrates the effectiveness of combined exercises with the ball to the desired goal. the student researcher suggests: the use of such training exercises to make games with the drive means to improve player performance by organizing seminars and recycling for updating and upgrading of current research on methodology of modern training .en_US
