Abstract

The summay of the resaerch : Our study is in the procesus and the inipact of the general relations which were used in the town hall of mostaganem during the covid period , a complete study to obtain the mosterdiploma-in the field of communicahon and general relation. This research was a effected and done by the two students serhane soheir and larbi ben hadjar maria. the study is about the great impact of hiese relations in this big national institute ( town hall) so, we asked question and the most important one, is « did the relations general really participate in the facilitating of the work during the covid ?. the programme that we used in our study is the purely methodo logical way by using tools and also observation and questionning. The results that we get from our stydy is the generale relations inside the town hall does not have a great importance , every thing is based on the mayor, it is not even programmed in the strategies of their work , with normally must put or establish certain steps and ways to face such a dangerous epidemia covid. The only job of the person of the relation general insid the town hall is offering the temperature measuring in the entrance of the institute.
