Etude technico-économique et géotechnique d’un pôle d’habitation

Abstract

هذا المشروع عبارة عن دراسة جيو تقنية، تقنية و إقتصادية لقطب سكني منجز بواسطة عمارات ذات ثمان طوابق من الخرسانة المسلحة، بذراع بن خدة الواقعة بولاية تيزي وزو، المصنفة ضمن المنطقة الزلزالية II.a حسب مركز دراسة هندسة الزلازل الجزائري. تم التطرق لبعض التجارب المنجزة من أجل دراسة التربة المخصصة لغرس البنايات و كذا تحليل نتائجها و استنتاج الخصائص الجيوتقنة لهذه الأرضية. تم إعتماد هيكل مضاد للزلازل محقق بواسطة جدران حاملة من الخرسانة المسلحة، أما الحمولات العمودية يتم تحملها تشاركيا بين الجدران و الأعمدة و الروافد مع تحقيق نسبة تفوق 20 % من الحمولة العمودية للجدران. تسليح مختلف العناصر الأساسية مصمم طبقا للمعايير و القوانين المعمول بها حسب مقياس دراسة هندسة الزلازل الجزائري المعدل بعد زلزال 21ماي2003 (RPA99/version2003) و قانون الخرسانة المسلحة في الجزائر (CBA93). بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تم إعداد دراسة إقتصادية تضم إعداد مخططات الإنجاز و تحديد مدة الإنجاز، التقييم المالي للمشروع. الكلمات المفتاحية: الأرضية، بلاطة الأساس، الدعامة، الهياكل، الزلزالي، الكشف، المخططات.

RESUME

Le présent mémoire est une étude géotechnique, technique et économique d’un pôle d’habitation constitué par des bâtiments en R+8 en béton armée, ils sont implantés à DRAA BEN-KHADA dans la wilaya de TIZI-OUZOU. Cette région est classée en zone sismique IIa, selon le RPA-99 /version 2003. Quelques essais ont été introduit dans cette études pour la détermination des caractéristiques du sol d’assise y compris la contrainte admissible et la profondeur d’ancrage. Les contreventements sont assurés par des voiles porteur, et les charges verticales portés conjointement par les voiles et les portiques avec un minimum de 20 % pour les voiles. Le dimensionnement, les armatures et les dosages de béton sont obtenues du RPA 99 version 2003, et le CBA 93. On plus une étude économique a été faite afin d’évaluer le montant global alloué pour la réalisation de ce projet, ainsi que la détermination du délai et l’élaboration des plannings d’exécutions.

Abstract This thesis is a geotechnical, technical and economic study of a residential pole consisting of buildings in R + 8 reinforced concrete, they are located in DRAA BEN-KHADA in the wilaya of TIZI-OUZOU. This region is classified in seismic zone IIa, according to RPA-99 / version 2003. A few tests have been introduced in this study for the determination of the characteristics of the subgrade including permissible stress and depth of anchorage. Bracing is provided by load-bearing sails, and vertical loads carried jointly by sails and gantries with a minimum of 20% for sails. Sizing, reinforcement and concrete dosing are obtained from RPA 99 version 2003, and CBA 93. In addition, an economic study was conducted to evaluate the overall amount allocated for the realization of this project, as well as the determination of the deadline and the preparation of the execution schedules.
