الجرائم الإلكترونية الموجهة ضد المؤسسات المالية

Abstract

ملخص الدراسة: تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع الجرائم الإلكترونية الموجهة ضد المؤسسات المالية من خلال تحليل الإطار المفاهيمي والقانوني لهذه الجرائم، وبيان مختلف صورها وخصائصها، إضافة إلى دراسة الآليات القانونية المعتمدة في التشريع الجزائري لحماية المؤسسات المالية من الاعتداءات الإلكترونية، كما تسلط الضوء على أهم الوسائل التقنية والقانونية المستعملة في الوقاية من هذه الجرائم وإثباتها، مع إبراز التحديات التي تعيق فعاليتها في الواقع العملي، في ظل التطور السريع للتقنيات الرقمية وتزايد الاعتماد على الأنظمة المعلوماتية في القطاع المالي .

Summary: This study addresses cybercrimes targeting financial institutions by analyzing their conceptual and legal framework, identifying their various forms and characteristics, and examining the legal mechanisms adopted in Algerian legislation to protect financial institutions from cyberattacks (p. 1). It also highlights the main technical and legal tools used for preventing and proving such crimes, while shedding light on the practical challenges that limit their effectiveness in light of the rapid development of digital technologies and the increasing reliance on information systems in the financial sector (p. 1).
