Étude d’un bâtiment R+ 10+ sous-sol à usage multiple contrevent par voiles

Abstract

Ce projet propose une étude détaillée de l’achèvement d’un bâtiment résidentiel avec un étage souterrain dédié aux places de parking + un rez-de-chaussée pour les commerces + 10 étages supérieurs pour l’hébergement. Le bâtiment est situé à « Kharrouba » dans l’état de Mostaganem, classé sous la zone sismique IIa, selon le Centre national de recherche pour l’ingénierie de la résistance sismique. En utilisant les nouvelles règles de calcul et de vérification du béton armé (BAEL91, RPA99 version 2003), cette étude se compose de quatre parties : Partie 1 : Description générale du projet et affichage des caractéristiques des matériaux utilisés, puis donner les dimensions initiales des éléments et la charge de chaque élément. Partie 2 : Etude des éléments secondaires du bâtiment. Partie 3 : Etude dynamique du bâtiment par ROBOT. Partie 4 : Comprend sur l’étude des parties résistantes de bâtiment (colonnes, portées des murs armés et des fondations). Abstract This project proposes a detailed study of the completion of a residential building with an underground floor dedicated to parking spaces + a ground floor for shops + 10 upper floors for accommodation. The building is located in «Kharrouba» in the state of Mostaganem, classified under the seismic zone IIa, according to the National Research Centre for Seismic Resistance Engineering. Using the new rules for calculation and verification of reinforced concrete (BAEL91, PRA99 version 2003), this study consists of four parts: Part 1: General description of the project and display of the characteristics of the materials used, then give the initial dimensions of the elements and the load of each element. Part 2: Study of the secondary elements of the building. Part 3: Dynamic study of the building by ROBOT.
