دور الادارة الالكترونية في تحسين الخدمة العمومية

Abstract

الملخص : نظرا للأهمية الكبيرة التي وصلت إليها التكنولوجيا الرقمية ف جميع المجالات، فإنه بات من الضروري عصرية الإدارة الحديثة، لذلك تناول ت هذه الدراسة أحد مواضيع الإدارة الإلكترونية وإبراز أهميتها فتقدي الخدمة العمومية للمواطن ،حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى اسهام الإدارة الإلكترونية ف تحسين الخدمة العمومية، وللإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة قمنا بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، إذ أنه توصلنا إلى مجموعة من النتائج ف هذه الدراسة العلمية أهمها أن نظام الإدارة الإلكترونية أسلوب إداري حديث التطبيق ف الجزائر ولها فوائد كثيرة من بينها تحسين الخدمات العمومية و سرعة توصيل المعلومات ف الوقت المحدد وحفظها وتخزينها واسترجاعها بكل سهولة، كما حاولنا فهذه الدراسة طرح مجموعة من التوصيات تتمثل ف العمل على تكثيف الدورات التكوينية للموارد البشرية العاملة ف الإدارات تماشيا مع التطورات التكنولوجية الحديثة، وهو ما يزيد ثقة العامل بنفسه بأنه يتماشى مع التطورات التكنولوجية مما ينعكس إيجابا على رفع الروح المعنوية و كفاءة أداء العمل . الكلمات المفتاحية :الإدارة الإلكترونية، الخدمة العمومية، المؤسسة Abstract Due to the great importance that digital technology has reached in all fields, it has become necessary to modernize modern management, so this study dealt with one of the topics of electronic management and highlighting its importance in providing public service to the citizen, as this study aims to know the extent to which electronic management contributes to improving public service. To answer the problem posed, we relied on the descriptive analytical approach, as we reached a set of results in this scientific study, the most important of which is that the electronic management system is a modern administrative method applied in Algeria and has many benefits, including improving public services and speeding up the delivery of information on time and preservation. We also tried in this study to put forward a set of recommendations represented in working to intensify the training courses for human resources working in departments in line with modern technological developments, which increases the worker’s confidence in himself that it is in line with technological developments, which is reflected positively on raising morale and efficient work performance.
