ETUDE D’UN BATIMENT (SOUS-SOL+RDC+10)

Abstract

ملخص يقدم هذا المشروع دراسة تفصيلية لمبنى متعدد الاستخدامات غير منتظم الشكل يتكون من بدروم + طابق أرضي + 10 طوابق ، يقع في ولاية مستغانم. تتكون هذه الدراسة من أربعة أجزاء. - الجزء الأول هو الوصف العام للمشروع مع عرض للجانب المعماري لعناصر البناء ، - الجزء الثاني هو الأبعاد المسبقة للهيكل وأخيراً نزول الأحمال. - خصص الجزء الثالث لدراسة الأرضيات - عناصر ثانوية (سلم مع عوارض وألواح صلبة وأكروتيريون). - بدأت الدراسة الديناميكية للهيكل في الجزء الثالث بواسطة Robot 2009 لتحديد الضغوط المختلفة بسبب الأحمال (الأحمال الدائمة والتشغيلية والزلزالية). - تشمل الأجزاء الأخيرة تقوية العناصر المقاومة المختلفة للهيكل (الأساس ، الأعمدة ، الحزم). هذا مع مراعاة توصيات BAEL91 ، المعدلة 99 ولوائح الزلزال الجزائرية RPA 99/2003. الكلمات الرئيسية: بناء ، خرسانة ، Robot 2009 ، RPA 99/2003 ، BAEL91.

Résumé Ce projet présente une étude détaillée d’un bâtiment de forme irrégulière à usage multiple constitué d’un sous-sols + rez de chaussée + 10étages, implanté dans la wilaya de Mostaganem. Cette étude se compose de quatre parties. - La première partie c’est la description générale du projet avec une présentation de l’aspect architectural des éléments du bâtiment, - La deuxième partie le prédimensionnement de la structure et enfin la descente des charges. - La troisième partie a été consacrée aux etude des plancher - éléments secondaires (l’escalier poutrelles, dalles pleines et l’acrotére ). - L’étude dynamique de la structure a été entamée dans la troisième partie par Robot 2009 afin de déterminer les différentes sollicitations dues aux chargements (charges permanente, d’exploitation et charge sismique). -Les dernières parties comprend le ferraillage des différentes éléments résistants de la structure (fondation, poteaux, poutres ). Ceci,en tenant compte des recommandations du BAEL91 ,modifiée99 et des règlements parasismiques algériens RPA 99/2003. Mots clés : bâtiment, béton, Robot 2009 , RPA 99/2003,BAEL91.

summary This project presents a detailed study of an irregularly shaped multi-use building consisting of a basement + ground floor + 10 floors, located in the wilaya of Mostaganem. This study consists of sereval parts. - The first part is the general description of the project with a presentation of the architectural aspect of the building elements, - The second part is the pre-dimensioning of the structure and finally the descent of the loads. - The third part was devoted to the study of floors - secondary elements (the staircase with beams, solid slabs and the acroterion). - The dynamic study of the structure was started in the third part by Robot 2009 in order to determine the different stresses due to the loads (permanent, operating and seismic loads). -The last parts include the reinforcement of the various resistant elements of the structure (foundation, posts, beams).
