Abstract

Thesis The Algerian legislator has taken important steps in the field of prevention by adopting a regulatory base that unified standards for occupational medicine activities in order to ensure that workers benefit from occupational medicine activity, and to provide means of prevention from occupational hazards. The Labor Inspectorate must ensure the implementation of legislation and regulation in the field of working conditions as it has the sole jurisdiction to impose Penalties imposed by law on every employee who violates these provisions, as well as occupational medicine centers and social medical centers forinstitutions whose primary mission is to ensureoccupational medicine activity.
