Abstract

الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة للبحث في إطار الفضاء العام الحضري وكيفية تملكه كفضاء اجتماعي للسوق السوداء الخاصة بالعملة الصعبة من طرف مجموعة من الباعة رغم أن هذا الفضاء هو ملك للعامة، وهنا نبحث عن أسباب امتلاك الفضاء العام الحضري وطريقة تملكه دون رخسة من طرف الدولة، محاولين الغوص في تفسير هذه الظاهرة الاجتماعية الحضرية التي توجد في قلب العاصمة الجزائرية، بالذات ساحة بور سعيد وشارع عبان رمضان الذي أصبح فضاء عمومي حضري يمتلكه باعة فيصبح سوق سوداء.
