Conception et réalisation d’un collecteur de bouteilles en plastique alimenté par un système photovoltaïque

Abstract

La forte augmentation du prix du pétrole a engendré une élévation du cout des matières plastiques énormément utilisées dans l’industrie. Ces dernières elles sont en concurrence avec les autres matériaux. La production croissante des déchets plastiques et l’évolution de leur composition engendre beaucoup de problèmes. Parmi ces problèmes nous citons les problèmes environnementaux, économiques et sociaux. Dans notre travail nous proposons la réalisation d’un prototype qui facilite la collète des bouteilles en plastique. Pour ce faire trois phases ont été adoptées : conception, dimensionnement et la réalisation du prototype. ملخص وقد أدى الارتفاع الحاد في أسعار النفط إلى زيادة في تكلفة البلاستيك المستخدمة على نطاق واسع في هذه الصناعة. وهذه الأخيرة في منافسة مع مواد أخرى. و مع زيادة إنتاج النفايات البلاستيكية وتطور تكوينها يخلق العديد من المشاكل. وتشمل هذه المشاكل مشاكل بيئية واقتصادية واجتماعية. في عملنا نقترح إنشاء نموذج نموذجي يسهل مجمعة من القارورات البلاستيكية. للقيام بذلك تم اعتماد ثلاث مراحل: تصميم، التحجيم وتحقيق النموذج الأولي
