Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أثر تقرير محافظ الحسابات على عملية اتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية في البنوك التجارية بجيجل. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة والإجابة على تساؤلاتها صممت استمارة لجمع المعلومات، حيث وزعت هذا الاستمارة على مستثمرين ومساهمين ومدراء ماليين، وتم تحليلها باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي SPSS. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه هناك أثر إيجابي ذو دلالة إحصائية بين تقرير محافظ الحسابات واتخاذ القرارات الاستثمارية. Abstract This study aims at demonstrating the impact of the report governor accounts on the making investment decisions process in commercial banks at jijel . To achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions the questionnaire was designed to collect the information, it was distributed to investors and shareholders and financial managers, and its analysis by the statistical program SPSS. The study has concluded that there is a positive impact with a statistically significant between report governor accounts and making investment decisions.
