dc.description.abstract	We have identified the reality of economic development in the Arab world from our review of a number of economic indicators, we found that they are far below the required level, and far from economic progress and achieve the desired economic development. Therefore, we must advance and start preparing and completing the means to catch up and not stand idly by The experiences of different countries in this area, especially as we have in the Arab world the fundamentals of this advancement and we have to start now, to start late is better than not to start at all.
