Social marketing is considered one of the most important modern management approaches related to services, as using social marketing to promote an organization's services reflects the extent to which organizations are keeping up with technological development. This has enabled service organizations to resort to practicing social marketing using various methods and techniques.Thus, this study is represented by the issue of the effectiveness of social marketing for idoom fibre services in the Algeria Telecom institution in Mascara. One of the reasons that led us to choose this topic is the strong desire for this study due to its importance, especially since social marketing is a new approach that service organizations are resorting to.
