Abstract

من خلال هذا البحث أراد الباحث أن يسلط الضوء على الواقع المر الذي تعيشه الرياضة المدرسية .خاصة فيما يتعلق بانتقاء البراعم الشبانية الواعدة التي تعاني من الإهمال والعشوائية ، كذلك حاول كثيف مستوى الأساتذة من الزاوية العلمية والطريقة المنتهجة من قبلهم في كيفية التعامل مع الموهوبين ، و هذا من أجل تحسيسهم بالأهمية البالغة التي تكتسيها عملية الانتقاء الرياضي ، كذلك من أجل المحافظة على الطاقات الشبانية واستغلالها أحسن استغلال ، بغية الوصول إلى مستوى عالي في المحافل الدولية ، ليخلص الباحث إلى تقديم البديل و المتمثل في حلول علمية مقترحة من أجل القضاء على العشوائية المعتمدة من طرف الأساتذة أثناء قيامهم بانتقاء الناشئين. // // // //

Through this research the researcher wanted to highlight the bitter reality of school sports. Especially with regard to the selection of promising young shoots that suffer from neglect and indiscriminacy as well as trying to intensify the level of professors from the scientific angle and the way in which they approach talented people, This is in order to sensitize them to the critical importance of sports selection. in order to safeguard and make the best use of young people's potential, In order to reach a high level in international forums, the researcher concludes to present the alternative of proposed scientific solutions in order to eliminate the randomness approved by the professors as they select the young.
