| dc.description | Recently, the world is witnessing accelerated digital transformations, so that institutions know the beginning of the change from traditional transactions to digital transactions, and the intensity and form of the transformation varies depending on the institution and its size. This study aims to know the extent of the impact of digital transformation on professional identity, by reviewing the importance of transformation and the challenges that it faces. Confrontation and its effects on the identity of the actors, by relying on observation and questionnaire techniques, which fall within the quantitative approach, on a sample of 60 workers who were chosen randomly, and we arrived at a set of results, the most important of which are: The professional identity of workers has been affected by the change in work requirements due to digital transformation, and the worker’s abilities varied between those who were able to adapt and those who began to suffer from “alienation.” | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | يشهد العالم في الآونة الأخيرة تحولات رقمية متسارعة، بحيث تعرف المؤسسات بداية التغير من التعاملات التقليدية الى التعاملات الرقمية وتختلف شدة وشكل التحول باختلاف المؤسسة وحجمها ، و تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة مدى تأثير التحول الرقمي على الهوية المهنية، من خلال استعراض أهمية التحول والتحديات التي تواجه واثاره على هوية الفاعلين وذلك من خلال الاعتماد على تقنية الملاحظة والاستمارة و التي تدخل ضمن المنهج الكمي ،على عينة 60 عامل اختيروا بطريقة عشوائية ،وتوصلنا الى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها . ان الهوية المهنية للعاملين قد تأثرت بفعل التغير في متطلبات العمل بفعل التحول الرقمي وتباينت قدرات العامل بين من استطاع التكيف ومن أصبح يعاني من "بالاغتراب". | en_US |
