Etude génie civil d’une tour « R+10 étages et sous» à usage mixte avec un système constructif « murs porteurs »

Abstract

L’objectif de ce travail est l’étude d’une structure en béton armé à usage multiple (habitation, commercial, et parking) constitué sous-sols et d’un rez-de-chaussée plus 10 étages, implanté à la wilaya d’Mostaganem. Cette région est classée comme zone de sismicité moyenne (zone IIa) selon le RPA version 2003. Le travail est basé sur une étude complète de la conception et implantation de la structure, qu’est divisé en plusieurs chapitres :  Présentation du projet ;  Pré dimensionnement des éléments et Descente Des Charges ;  Etude des éléments non structuraux ;  Modélisation et vérification au RPA de la structure réalisée à l’aide du logiciel ROBOT STRUCTUIRAL ANALYSYS version 2025 ;  L’étude des éléments structuraux ;  L’étude de fondation, type du radier, radier générale ; Pour finir, on traduit les résultats de toute la structure sur des plans d’exécution à l’aide du logiciel AUTOCAD version 2021. Cette étude a été mené en tenant compte des recommandations du BAEL91 modifiée99 et les règles parasismiques algériens RPA99/V2003. This region is classified as mean seismicity zone (zone IIa) according to the RPA version 2003.
