ETUDE D'UN BATIMENT EN RDC+8 ETAGES A USAGE D'HABITATION

Abstract

8 طوابق التي تقع في ولاية وهران المصنفة في المنطقة الزلزالية درجة2 وفقا للوائح و القواعد الجزائرية للزلالزل (RPA99 الإصدار 2003) يتم ضمان إستقرار العمل من خلال العوارض و الأعمدة و الجدران. تمت دراسة و تحليل إعداد هذا المشروع بواسطة برنامج (REBOT الإصدار 2009). يتوافق حساب الأبعاد و تقوية جميع العناصر المقاومة مع القواعد المعمول بها و هي ، (BAEL 91 معدل 99 و RPA 99 الإصدار 2003). تم تنفيذ تقوية العناصر الحاملة ( الأعمدة ، الحزم، الجدران) بواسطة برنامج التعزيز REBOT. يتكون أساس المبنى من بلاطة مضلعة . الكلمات المفتاحية : العمارة ، الخرسانة المسلحة.

Résumé Le but de cette étude est la conception d'une structure à usage d'habitationde R+08 étages qui sera implantée dans la wilaya d’oran , classée en zone IIa selon le règlement parasismique Algérien (RPA 99 version 2003).

La stabilité de l'ouvrage est assurée par les poutres, les poteaux et les voiles.

L'étude et l'analyse de ce projet ont été établies par le logiciel (ROBOT. version.2009).

Le calcul des dimensions et du ferraillage de tous les éléments résistants sont conformes aux règles applicables en vigueurs à savoir (BAEL91 modifié 99, RPA99 version 2003).

Le ferraillage des éléments porteurs (poteaux, poutres ,voiles) a été mené par le logiciel de ferraillageROBOT.

La fondation du bâtiment est composée d'un radier nervuré.

Summary The purpose of this study is the design of a structure for residential use of R+08 floors which will be located in the wilaya of Oran, classified in zone IIa according to the Algerian paraseismic regulations (RPA 99 version 2003).

The stability of the work is ensured by the beams, the posts and the walls.

The study and analysis of this project have been established by the software (ROBOT. version.2009).

The calculation of the dimensions and the reinforcement of all the resistant elements comply with the applicable rules in force, namely (BAEL91 modified 99, RPA99 version 2003).

The reinforcement of the bearing elements (posts, beams, walls) was carried out by the reinforcement software ROBOT.
